Maxime Graillot is the young owner of the Domaine des Lises. A small wine farm with 4 hectares of vineyard. After many years of working in the family business, the son of the legendary Alain Graillot decided to make his own wine. He has bought a vineyard of 4 hectares, very close to his father. The yield is (deliberately) very low and no pesticides are used, The Domaine Lises Duo is a more than excellent wine, the grapes come from vineyards located at the foot of the Hermitage hill, one of the most famous vineyards in the world and the price/quality of this Crozes Hermitage is unparalleled. Traditional vinification, hand-picked, destemmed and selected grapes aged for 2 years in French oak, 1-2 years old. Only a small percentage gets new wood. All this to let the fruit predominate in this naturally powerful wine.
