A wine where the tradition of the region, with its typical grape varieties such as Monastrell, Garnacha Tintorera and Mandó, is masterfully intertwined with 'modern' varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Syrah. The mandó, a breed that is almost extinct, has been saved from extinction by Pablo. The wine matures for a year in new and used French oak barrels. Maduresa means maturity. It is a wine with a beautiful terroir expression, with mineral tones and a deep, fleshy core. In the scent you are seduced by ripe, sultry fruit with notes of red and black currants, leather, toast and a fine spiciness. In the taste, the wine is remarkably fresh and vinous in addition to its richness. A wine that shows similarities with great Rhône wines, such as a ripe, seductive Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
