Eve and Michel Rey run this small domaine together in the beautiful village of Vergisson between the Roche de Vergisson and the Roche de Solutré. They do all the work in the cellar and the vineyard themselves and therefore know every vine. As a winemaker, Michel is extremely eager to learn and Eve is a huge perfectionist. That is probably why the wines of this relatively young winery have improved considerably in recent years. No insecticides or pesticides are used, the soil is worked all year round with respect for nature and the grapes are picked by hand and transported in small boxes. What a delicious and young drinkable wines for this money!
