Vi-d-re is a creation of Antoni Mata Casanovas, the second generation of the Recaredo family. Discreet and modest, Antoni Mata Casanovas has worked tirelessly on the management, creativity, representation and oenology of Recaredo. Under the concept of VI-D-RE "transparency leads the way" and after more than 60 years of winemaking, Antoni Mata has conceived Vi-d-re, a variety of fermented xarello, matured and closed with only glass, without contact. come with any other material. The 100% Xarel lo grapes for Vi-d-re come from a family owned vineyard - a mainly calcareous terrain characterized by a loamy soil texture (balanced mix of sand, silt and clay ). This cover plays a vital role: it loosens the soil, regulates water retention and runoff (essential in the dry farming system we use), and helps to promote biodiversity and maintain balance in the vineyard's ecosystem. Natural plant treatments (phytotherapy) are applied to the vines to control the presence of fungi and strengthen the vine's defenses. All Celler Credo grapes are harvested by hand to ensure the excellent quality of the fruit.
