The Princess of Thieves tells the story of an intrepid young lady who, at night, when no one notices, goes in search of a ruby red treasure of improbable beauty. - rich, deep red soil. The grapes are fermented in open tanks, where the grape pulp is regularly pushed under. The wine is given extensive soaking on the skins. The wine matures for 12 months in barrels, 75% French oak and 25% American oak.

In the glass, the Princess of Thieves has a scarlet red color. In the nose fresh red fruit with some raspberry jam and spices. In the mouth the wine is fruity, not too much tannin, warming and soft with raspberries, vanilla and cloves in the aftertaste. Long aftertaste.
