The vines for the Principaute d'Orange Viognier are planted on a substrate of gravel, sand and large boulders. The grapes are picked completely manually and selected very strictly, both during the picking and on the sorting tables. After a pneumatic pressing, a temperature-controlled fermentation follows. After fermentation, the wine matures "sur lie" for 6 months in oak barrels (25% new wood). All wines are made classic and excel in the combination of power and finesse. The Pays de la Principaute d'Orange IGP Viognier is a 100% viognier. Beautiful straw yellow in the glass with the obvious Viognier notes in the nose with spring flowers, yellow fruit and freshness. In the mouth, the wine is creamy, full bodied, fruity with a pleasant freshness in the aftertaste.
