Only the best grapes are used from different plots of at least 25 years of age in the area of the River Cabe, in Ferreira de Panton. The vineyards are located on soils with a steep slope of granite and slate and this minerality is reflected in the wine. The wine is raised with a temperature-controlled fermentation and then receives 12 months of upbringing. A beautiful 100% mencia. Only 1300 bottles were made of this NAI in its beautiful bottle.
