A great gastronomic wine with a rich and concentrated aromatic profile
Gewurztraminer is an emblematic grape variety of Alsace, which has given its name to an appellation. It is most often vinified as a sweet or even syrupy wine, but also as a dry wine.The Domaine de la Tour Blanche introduces us here to its late harvest cuve made from botrytised or overripe grapes. These grapes are more concentrated in sugar and give very round, full-bodied and greedy wines.
