After manual harvesting, this wine benefits from a long vatting time for the Grenache and carbonic maceration for the Cinsault and Carignan grapes.We advise you to serve this wine between 16 and 18C, as an aperitif with cold meats or on barbecues and grilled lamb or poultry.
