“Les Vaucopins†premier cru asserts itself firstly by its attractive pale yellow colour with soft honeysuckle reflections. It has an expressive and rather powerful mineral-dominating nose. Milk caramel notes combine with an elegantly fine and oaky aroma. On tasting an impression of sweetness is detectable; crystallised fruit apricot and quince. This beautifully full wine gives way to an ample and finely fresh finale.
