Semi-sparkling rose that comes from a second fermentation with its own indigenous yeasts in the bottle according to the ancient ancestral method. The nose is decidedly fruity, with notes of strawberry, citrus fruits and wild berries, accompanied by floral and leavened notes. The taste is agile, cheerful, light and very fresh.
