The brain behind AIX Rosé is the Dutch wine connoisseur and winemaker Eric Kurver in his vineyards in Provence in France. His vineyard is called Domaine Saint Aix, which is where the inspiration for the name comes from. It is a delicious fresh rosé, made from Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah grapes.
