This full Chardonnay with a touch of wood is made by former Burgundy winemaker Catherine Delaunay. She uses well selected grapes from the Languedoc. This is a very recognizable Chardonnay. Fragrant in the nose, but also in the taste, this wine is powerful and full of fruit. Delicious with a meal, a cheese board or just with a drink.
