The Belle Epoque 2012 cuve signed Perrier-Jouet is a champagne of remarkable balance. We find all the finesse and delicacy of the Perrier-Jouet style, but also all the aromatic generosity of the 2012 vintage. It is a champagne that reveals floral notes on the nose as well as citrus aromas, enveloped in notes of ripe pears and peaches. On the palate, we find an elegant, round attack, always supported by a beautiful mineral presence and a beautiful freshness. The 2012 vintage, characterized by great expressiveness, is easily recognizable here.
