This gin results from the individual maceration in a grain alcohol of four aromatics, thyme, basil, rosemary and above all arbequina. This variety of olive harvested in Catalonia, of which it takes 7 kilos to obtain a liter of oil, offers a real aromatic concentration. With such concentration, we understand better why the arbequina plays the main role in this blend, to say the least Mediterranean.
