The Tennessee Whiskey is filtered drop by drop, through a 3m thick layer of maple charcoal, then aged in barrels. It does not follow a particular schedule. It is only ready when tasters deem it. We judge it by its appearance, its aroma, and of course, by its taste. This is how Jack Daniel himself proceeded more than a century ago.
