This exceptional cuve was created in 1964 in homage to the founder of the House. It results from the assembly of great vintages from vineyards classified Cote des Blancs (Chardonnay) and the Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir). Its vinification, partially in traditional oak barrels, underlines the generous character of this fine, elegant and rich wine. A beautiful glittering yellow gold color veiled with luminous golden reflections. This sparkling and crystalline visual perception gives the effervescence a rise of fine bubbles. All the richness and subtlety of an aromatic curve enhance the maturity of the delicious fruit. Fine malty notes associated with orchard fruits (white peach, nectarine, plum) refined by the purity of the complex aromas of mandarin zest.
