The 2010 vintage succeeds the mythical 2008 vintage. It is a very balanced vintage. Indeed, the year 2010 was marked by a very cold winter, followed by an austere spring. A sunny and dry summer, allowing to obtain a very good maturity. Finally, the 2010 vintage is exceptional. It is the most mature of the last decade, ahead of 2009 in particular, and the vintage offering the best acidity just after 2008.
