The Morey Saint Denis 1er cru blanc 2018 from Domaine Dujac is a great white wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety planted on a clay-limestone terroir in a climate classified as 1er cru. The locality Les Monts Luisants is located north-east of the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, at the top of the slope, in a very steep area (24%). The altitude of the plot varies widely, from 311 to 343 meters. The locality faces east. The soil of this hillside, 60 to 80 centimeters thick, is characterized by very abundant angular limestone gravels in a sandy-silty matrix. The soils are very carbonate, and also very sensitive to erosion.
