Ingredients :4cl of Electric Velvet

2cl of white agricultural rum

2cl of beetroot juice

1cl of passion fruit syrup

Crushed ice

Sparkling water

Preparation :In a large mixing glass add ice then pour in the Electric Velvet liqueur, rum, beet juice and passion fruit syrup.

Mix everything together with a mixing spoon so that everything is well diluted.

Pour the cocktail into a highball glass, adding sparkling water to taste.
