For this second version, the distillery has aged its buckwheat whisky for 3 years in old Cognac casks, before transferring it to casks containing peated whisky from Scotland.This whisky has the fruity and smooth character typical of EDDU buckwheat whiskies and stands out for its herbal and smoky notes.
