The dry white wine Cabernet-Rino Colombard Nicolas Vellas reflects fruity accent of the Southwest Valley. Thanks to a temperate and oceanic climate, the grape varieties at the origin of this wine (Sauvignon and Colombard) have been pampered on a clay-limestone soil. Terroir renowned for offering dry white wines, the Côtes de Gascogne here designate a south-west oriented territory which has been the subject of a protected geographical indication for this bottle. In addition to a location conducive to viticulture, it is all the work of the winegrower that has made it possible to bottle a dry white wine . The harvest was done early to reduce the sugar content and, during the vinification, the temperatures were greatly controlled.
