Les Hortes du Loup Nuits Blanches Languedoc by Nicolas Vellas is a white wine that benefits from both the continental freshness of Larzac and the Mediterranean sunshine. It was made from three distinct but complementary grape varieties: Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier . The latter were cultivated on clay-limestone and marly soil, thus ensuring a correct humidity level and maintaining solar heat. The winemaker Nicolas Vellas knew how to express all his art by using traditional winemaking techniques and passing part of the blend in barrels.
