The Pandoro is a Veronese Christmas cake which is said to be inspired by the French brioche. Made from butter, flour, milk, yeast but especially eggs, it is thanks to them that it has this beautiful golden yellow colour.

This prestigious brand was born in Verona, Italy, in the famous city of Romeo and Juliet, by the master pastry chef Tiziano Golfetti. The name is inspired by the medieval Borsari Gate, under which goods in transit passed. From the expert hands of the first Borsari handicraft workshop came many sweet specialities such as the typical Pandoro but also the panetonne and the Dove with delicious fillings.
