A speciality from the south of France, Silvain's nougat is made by hand with a good dose of honey, generous slivers of almonds and egg whites. All cooked with love.

This recipe with apricots, figs and pistachios is bursting with the sunshine of Provence. The dried apricots are reminiscent of Roussillon and, along with the figs, add a tangy, fruity touch. The almond slivers mingle with the pistachio slivers to create a crunchy texture. As for the texture of the nougat itself, it remains tender to our delight.
