The El Bosque vineyard is located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, La Rioja. It is a very small vineyard of less than 1.5 HA (1.4820 Ha
- 3.66 acres) at an altitude of 500 meters. The soils are of calcareous clay with an abundance of gravel and small round stones on the surface. Year of plantation: 1973. - fermentative maceration at 8 °C for 5 days. Fermented in French oak barrels at 28oC with native yeast selected from our own vineyards. The maceration on the skin lasts no less than 23 days.

The wine matures in peace for 18 months in new French (95%) and Central European (5%) Bordelaise oak barrels.
