A whisky with dark fruit flavours
Raasay's Release No. 2 is a blend of two unique spirits: a peated distillate, and an unpeated one, which have been aged separately in rye whisky, Chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks.This second version of Release R-01 is more peaty, having married a higher proportion of peated casks into the overall blend.
