The youngest of Pascal Doquet Pascal Doquet cultivates his vines in the C´tes des Blancs region of Champagne.This mineral and plant-rich soil is the cradle of fabulous AOC champagnes, such as Arpge 1er cru, made from a Chardonnay grape variety (62% from the 2010 harvest, 38% from the 2011 harvest).
