The Toques et Clochers range was created by Sieur d'Arques to associate the local heritage with the gastronomic wealth of the Limoux region. It offers four vintages from the same grape variety, vinified in the same way, to enable you to grasp the essence of each terroir.It owes its name Toques et Clochers to the famous event created in 1989 by the cellar and its winegrowers from 42 villages in the Limoux AOC appellation: an auction of producers' vintages, the profits from which are used to renovate an old church in the villages each year.
