This cuve comes from the AOC Saumur Champigny, more precisely from the part of the Ch¢teau de Chaintres vineyard where vines of more than 60 years of average age flourish on a sandy-limono-glaucous and micaceous green chalk rock of the Middle Turonian.These vines have been cultivated organically since 2013 (yield 30 Hl/ha) and were harvested by hand with sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar.
