The natural Cabernet franc, which expresses its balance between fruity and tannin
The Catherine and Pierre Breton estate is located in the Indre-et-Loire region of France, in Benais, near Bourgueil. It was converted to organic and biodynamic farming in 1990.The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted before being vinified in the most natural way possible, using indigenous yeasts. No sulphur is added to this wine, neither in the vineyard, nor during the vinification, nor during bottling. The purest expression of Cabernet Franc, the emblematic grape variety of the Bourgueil AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contr´le).
