Matured for 12 months in oak barrels, this is an elegant wine with a unique character and a long finish. The perfect accompaniment for meat served with a rich sauce.
The estate is located in the Gorges du Tarn in the south of Lozre at an altitude of 500m. The vines are planted on clay-limestone and schist soils, and benefit from very good sunshine with steep slopes and a southern exposure. The vines are trellised with stilts on the terraces and on wires for the others. Planting densities vary from 7200 vines/ha to 9200 vines/ha.
