Made by the talented team at Saltram Wines, a hugely respected winery that has been making wine in the Barossa since 1859. The wines are made by the cricket-mad winemaker Richard Mattner, who describes his perfect day as "100 runs on the field, a char-grilled steak on the BBQ and a glass of Pepperjack".
