Taringi is a benchmark expression of classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. It displays lifted nots of gooseberry and ripe guava on the nose and has a beautifully fresh, crisp palate that is fruity, yet dry on the finish. This style best enjoyed lightly chilled either with chicken, seafood or light meat dishes.
