• The Extra Brut Riserva “Palazzo Lana Extreme” is one of the most important Franciacortas produced by the Berlucchi winery, a leading producer of sparkling wines throughout Italy. It develops under the banner of refinement, with aromas on the nose that become more and more enveloping, and a refreshing sip, from which a beautiful savoury texture emerges. A perfect label to celebrate the most romantic moments, to spend with your soul mate on an unforgettable evening.
• The "Palazzo di Lana Extreme" is a Franciacorta Extra Brut Riserva that comes from the use of a great international grape variety, Pinot Noir. The grapes of this variety are grown by the Berlucchi winery in different locations, specifically Borgonato, Quindicipio and Brolo. The grapes, once harvested, are softly pressed, and then fermented alcoholicly in steel; it is then left to rest on the lees in barriques for six months, after which it undergoes a refermentation in the bottle, according to the production principles of the Classic Method. The wine remains to mature on the lees for a full 84 months, before being disgorged and bottled, after the addition of the dosage liqueur.
• The Franciacorta Extra Brut Riserva “Palazzo Lana Extreme” reveals itself to the eye with a shade that recalls the color of gold, crossed by fine and persistent bubbles. The olfactory profile is broad and layered, on notes in which the fruit is expressed with different nuances, alternating with more spicy and mineral sensations.
