- The Chianti Classico Riserva La Forra is one of the wonderful wines produced in the estates Folonari . The Family Folonari work in the wine sector since 1700 , and after the end of the 60 acquired the famous estate of Nozzole close to Greve in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico, the terroir from which comes to life this seductive wine. It is produced with grapes from vineyards located in the town of Greve in Chianti, about 350 meters above sea level , characterized by a modern style , aged in wood for at least 14 months and has a unique softness , enhanced by the completion of malolactic fermentation , great attention to technique, without however, obscuring the personality . The Chianti Classico reserves the gorge made from pure Sangiovese , it keeps the typical scents of the grape and elevates them to a really fine quality . Since glass is distinguished by a very intense ruby red color and an elegant range of ripe flavors of cherry and jam , herbal notes of sweet spices and grains . On the palate , delicate and majestic at the same time , is followed by a wonderful taste progression contrast and deep. The final slightly almond and a long finish make their mark and highlight even more the fine softness and sensual character of this wine . The Chianti Classico Riserva La Gorge is a large red Tuscany, one of those perfect wines to give as gifts or to enjoy on special occasions .
