- The Ruch di Castagnole Monferrato Limpronta€ by Montalbera is a typical wine of the Asti area, made with an ancient red grape variety widespread especially in the area of the small municipality of Castagnole. This is a slightly aromatic grape, which marks the wines with characteristic floral and spicy notes of great typicality and varietal recognition. A label that allows you to discover the best qualities of the vine in purity, offering a unique and unrepeatable tasting experience.
- Ruché Limpronta€ is one of the flagship wines of the Piedmontese winery Montalbera. There are 82 hectares of Ruché on the estate, equal to approximately 60% of the total. The vineyards are located in the border area between Monferrato and Langhe, within the municipal territories of Grana, Castagnole Monferrato and Montemagno. This is a magnificent hilly area, characterized by splendid sunny exposures and very suitable soils of calcareous
- clayey matrix. The vines have an average age that varies from 7 to 30 years and are grown with low Guyot. Once the harvest is over, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine matures for a period of about 10
- 14 months in French oak tonneaux and concludes the refinement with a few months in the bottle, before being put on the market.
