- La Luna ei Fal€ is there Barbera d'Asti Superiore signed by Vite Colte, who considers it his "superbarbera". The importance of this label is confirmed by the fact that, in the range of expressions inspired by Casare Pavese, this Jeroboam is dedicated to one of the most famous and iconic novels. It is born from the assembly of grapes from different plots, spread over several of 60 hectares of vineyards different from each other. During the processing phase, therefore, the range of choice between the different lots is wide, thus allowing you to "play", harvest after harvest, with aromas and structures that can be dosed at will by the cellar . The result, just like with this vintage, is always very balanced, with the right compromise between complexity and elegance.
- The Barbera d'Asti Superiore Jeroboam "La Luna ei Fal" is born from the pure grapes of Barbera, grown in over 60 hectares of vineyards and carefully managed by the technicians of the Vite Colte winery. The different plots obviously have different soils and microclimates, and these differences allow the best balance between structure and aromas to be chosen during the assembly phase. The must It ferments in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature, macerating on the skins for 10 days and then also carrying out malolactic fermentation. The subsequent refinement lasts 12 months and is carried out in oak barrels.
