- FRANCIACORTA BRUT MAGNUM LANTIERI DE PARATICO DESCRIPTION
- Lantieri de Paratico Franciacorta Cuve Brut is a sparkling wine with a pleasant and lively soul, produced in the Franciacorta area according to a production approach aimed at the pursuit of maximum quality. The 20 hectares of vineyards owned by the Lantieri de Paratico estate are mainly reserved for Chardonnay, with smaller percentages of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, other vines used in the sparkling wine production. These varieties are grown between the municipalities of Capriolo and Adro, in a green location protected by the hills.
- The Franciacorta Brut Cuve from the Lombardy sparkling wine producer Lantieri de Paratico is made from a blend of Chardonnay (80%), Pinot Noir (10%) and Pinot Blanc (10%), varieties grown on siliceous, clayey and calcareous soils. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes undergoes alcoholic fermentation partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in small oak barrels at a controlled temperature. After a short period of maturation on the fine lees in the same wine containers, the masses are assembled and the sparkling base is then bottled for the second fermentation according to the Classic Method, with at least 24 months of refinement on the lees in glass. Once the period of rest sur lie is over, the disgorgement and the consequent Brut dosage are carried out.
