- Louis Latour €˜Grand Ardèche' Chardonnay is a pure expression of the variety of the same name whose grapes come from the best vineyards located on soils rich in clay, limestone and chalk, with an average age of 20 years. After the harvest and careful selection, the bunches are delicately pressed and the resulting must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels built by the Maison itself, with the subsequent malolactic fermentation also taking place completely. The period of maturation lasts for 8
- 10 months and always takes place in small oak barrels, medium toasted and 20% new.
