In this case the grappa's partner is whisky, which contributes to giving a particular nuance, thanks to the use of Scottish woods during the refinement phase. The result is of great charm and elegance, with complex and decisive aromas, a soft profile, but at the same time dry and slightly smoky._x000D_ _x000D_ The Grappa "Le Diciotto Lune Whisky" from the Marzadro distillery is born from a selection of the best pomace of white and red grapes, coming from the fermentations of Trentino cellars. In this way, the raw material arrives at the distillery still very fresh, rich in the perfumes and aromas of the must. The distillation is carried out with extreme care and expertise, using column stills in copper, fed by a bain-marie, in order to maintain a constant temperature and not subject the structures to direct heat. A technique that allows for sweeter extractions and finer and more delicate distillates.
