- GRAPPA 'DUE BARILI' JACOPO POLI (PACKAGING) DESCRIPTION
- Grappa Due Barili€ by Jacopo Poli is a smooth and elegant distillate, produced with the fragrant pomace of Glera grapes, coming from the production of Prosecco. A single
- varietal Grappa, with a distinctly territorial stamp, which, thanks to the long wood aging process, seduces with enveloping and complex aromas. The bouquet is refined and expresses notes of sweet spices, dried fruit and dehydrated fruit, woody and chocolate hints. The sip is velvety, intense and persistent.
- “Due Barili” represents a grappa of particular value in the range of the Jacopo Poli distillery, which in the small town of Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, produces high
- quality spirits and represents one of the most important realities in the area. The process starts from a fragrant raw material rich in aromas, which is distilled with a Crysopea bain
- marie still. A particular still composed of two boilers with a distillation column, which allows working under vacuum and represents one of the most modern and innovative distillation plants present today in Italy. The Crysopea still allows obtaining a distillate that preserves the delicate floral and fruity aromas and a greater complexity and varietal typicality. The distillate is refined in two different types of barrels: for at least 2 years in French oak barriques and for another 2 years in barriques that have contained the Jerez Pedro Ximnez wine.
- The Grappa di Prosecco "Due Barili" from the Jacopo Poli distillery owes its refined elegance and the softness of its aromas to the careful distillation process with the Crysopea bain
- marie still and to the aging for 4 years in two different types of barrels, which contribute to enriching the aromatic complexity of the distillate. The color is a bright antique gold with brilliant amber reflections. On the nose it opens with refined scents of white flowers, aromas of soft spices, vanilla, noble woods, toasted dried fruit, raisins and chocolate. The entry to the palate is harmonious and rich, full of complex aromas, with a warm and persistent finish.
