- The Brut "25" Magnum is the fresh and innovative face of the Franciacorta range of the Fratelli Berlucchi. Alongside the traditional vintages, there is room for a Metodo Classico with a more immediate and fragrant profile, with an aging on the lees for 19 months. The name 25 refers to the months that usually pass between the harvest and the release of the wine for sale. Its profile is lively and youthful, with fruity and citrus notes of great expressive immediacy. It is an ideal Franciacorta to be enjoyed as an aperitif or to be shared in moments of convivial joy.
- The Franciacorta Brut "25" is a Blanc de Blancs produced only with Chardonnay grapes by the Fratelli Berlucchi winery, which is based in Borgonato di Cortefranca and manages 70 hectares of vineyards right in the heart of the morainic hills of the Franciacorta area. The cool, breezy climate and draining soils rich in pebbles have proven to be perfect for growing vines destined for the production of the Classic Method. The grapes are harvested slightly early and subjected to a soft pressing to extract the free
- run must, which is then vinified in white with fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The vins clairs rest for a few months in steel before the creation of the cuvee of the second fermentation in the bottle, which lasts 19 months before the disgorgement.
