- The Solera Matusalem aged 7 years is a Rum with a classic face, produced by one of the most famous distilleries in the Caribbean area . It is made with high quality sugar cane and has the particularity of being aged with the Solera Method, usually used for the great fortified wines of Jerez de la Frontera. The assembly of different batches of Rum, refined for a minimum of seven years, gives the distillate a particularly complex and rich face, which combines elegant evolutionary notes, refined tertiary aromas, extraordinary softness and taste intensity.
