It is a cuve made with the four most widespread vines in the region: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligot, which create a harmonious and very balanced blend. The short period of aging on the yeasts allows the sparkling wine to retain its fragrance. of varietal, floral and fruity aromas, enriched by light and delicate evolutionary nuances of bread crust. - The Brut Nature Dosage Zero is a Crémant de Bourgogne made by one of the most important producers in Burgundy. Veuve Ambal was founded in the late 19th century and has represented the history and tradition of Crémant de Bourgogne for over a century. The Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligoté grapes are grown on the calcareous
- clayey soils typical of the region. At the end of the manual harvest, the best bunches are transferred to the cellar for fermentation, which takes place separately for each variety. After a few months of refinement, the vins clairs are assembled and the final cuvée is refermented in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a rest on the lees for 18 months before disgorgement.
