In 2003 he began selling them to the public, concentrating the production of chinato wine and Vermouth, using only top quality spices and herbs and, above all, excellent base wines, an essential foundation for creating quality products. Among these, the chinato stands out, a renowned Piedmontese flavoured wine which owes its name to one of the essential ingredients for its preparation: the cinchona, a tree of the Chinchona genus.
  • The 'Chinato' of Chinati Vergano derives from a base of Barbaresco from the famous producer Giuseppe Cortese, flavoured with cinchona (Calissaya & Succirubra) and other botanicals and spices such as cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, laurel, mace and rhubarb.
