- Harvested in late October, the Barolo "Rocche dell'Annunziata" by Renato Ratti, after a careful and rigorous selection of the best fruits, begins its journey inside the recently renovated cellar. Here the alcoholic fermentation begins in steel, followed in November by the malolactic fermentation inside wooden barrels. The final refinement is structured as follows: 12 months in French barriques and a further year in large 25
- hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels.
