The estate extends over just over 4 hectares cultivated using organic farming methods, to which are added the grapes of many small suppliers in the area. Attention to the vineyard and the quality of the grapes is at the heart of the entire company project and is reflected in wines with a typically territorial face.
- The Millesimato Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry “Bandarossa” Jeroboam from the famous Bortolomiol winery represents one of the most important labels from this historic Valdobbiadene producer. It is made with pure Glera grapes grown in the best vineyards on the estate. After soft pressing, the must is fermented in steel tanks and the refermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method. In the glass it has a bright straw yellow color with a persistent perlage. The bouquet offers floral scents, hints of citrus, aromas of white peach, golden apple and pear. The sip is soft and balanced with a satisfying, crunchy, fresh and savoury texture.
