- The Brut Grand Cru is a Vintage Champagne that Maison Pierre Boever produces only in the best years. The grapes come exclusively from a selection of vineyards located in the estate's parcels classified as Grand Cru. An elegant and complex Champagne, with aromas of citrus fruits, bread crust, soft notes of honey and delicately spicy nuances. Intense and deep, it unfolds on the palate with great length and persistence of taste.
- The Vintage Grand Cru is a Champagne produced with a blend of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%) grapes coming from the best vineyards of only parcels classified as Grand Cru that are located in the territories of the municipalities of Louvois, Bouzy and Ay. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 300 meters on fine calcareous
- clay soils. After manual harvesting, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are vinified separately in white and the vins clairs are refined for several months in steel. After the creation of the cuve, the second fermentation takes place and the second fermentation in the bottle with aging on the yeasts for at least 60 months before the final disgorgement.

A unique Champagne, dedicated to those who do not like labels with a somewhat standard profile, but are always looking for the exclusive and refined pleasure of something special. In the glass it has a bright straw yellow color. The perlage is very thin and persistent. The bouquet expresses citrus aromas, floral scents, soft notes of honey and pastry. On the palate it is rich and intense with deep and complex aromas, supported by good freshness. The finish is long with a closing on delicate spicy hints.
