- Marzadro is the name of a female
- dominated craft business, born thanks to Sabina's tenacity in pursuing her dream. Having abandoned her service at the home of a Roman MP, in 1949 she returned to her native village of Brancolino di Nogaredo and, with a lot of hard work, managed to buy a small still with direct fire: together with her brother Attilio, a tireless worker of the land, she started the business of distilling marc from neighbouring cellars.

Making a grappa from a single grape variety is not easy: working only with varieties of the same family, the risk of producing a flattened product is always just around the corner. - marie stills on a discontinuous cycle, while ageing takes place for at least 36 months in small 225
- litre oak barrels: these are the so
- called giare, which in other parts of the world are usually called Bordeaux barriques. Their small size cradles, in the truest sense of the word, the Grappa and manages to amalgamate all the aromatic and taste sensations, resulting in a unique distillate of masterly balance. The colour is a luminous amber yellow, with vivid bronze reflections. The aromas emerge elegant and refined, with very intense notes of sage, rosemary and thyme, nuances of light honey and chamomile, and sweet hints of yellow peach jam. The taste gives warm, soft sensations that envelop the palate with a rounded presence, hints of toasted nuts, almond and hazelnut, heralding a long, lingering spicy finish.
